Change of mind:

DIS Technology will provide 14 Days Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied or changed your mind before using the product. You are requested to return the item(s) within 14 days from the date the item was received. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and the cost of the initial shipping is non-refundable.

Dead on Arrival (DOA), Damaged in Transit, Faulty or Delivered Incorrectly

If you receive any item(s) that is dead on delivery, damaged during the delivery or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 3 days of when goods were received from the carrier. This may mean the product needs to be returned with suitable packaging (preferably with its original packaging) to prevent damage in delivering the product back to us. DIS Technology will pay for the return postage fees and will replace the product at no costs for the buyer.

Warranty Claim and Return Procedure:

In the event of returns due to warranty claims, DOA or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact DIS Technology via Catch messages to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) case number. Afterward, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. For warranty cases only, the return postage will be shouldered by the customer. Once the item has been received, inspected and manufacturer’s defect is verified, a refund payment or replacement (if available) will be processed back to the customer.
