We started our small business, EKOH ( said echo), with the idea of making everyday products that we use in our homes more sustainable, chemical and waste-free and better for us and the earth. A one-stop solution for household essentials, but with style and a happy twist.
We believe in a fair wage, supporting small manufacturing and ethical certification and ensuring all our EKOH products have no plastics so they can return back to the earth at the end of their use.
Our mission is to offer eco-friendly alternatives and help anyone wanting to make better choices when it comes to cleaning the home, the family or pets.
We want the world to be a happier, kinder, better place for all living things.


We allow "change of mind" return within 14 days from the invoice date at your expense. The item must be returned unopened with all original packaging. To request a return please contact us via the Catch messaging system.


returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
in a resalable condition; and
not damaged in any way.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
To return your item for change of mind, you must follow our returns process or the returns process of the relevant Seller.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us or the seller, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high-value items that you return for change of mind.
You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion or at the discretion of the Seller) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements of clause 17.1.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address
