You can return an item within 30 days of purchase hassle free if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging in the original condition.
Change of mind:
In the event you simply change your mind after making the purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not been sent, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
If the order has been sent already, we provide instructions for you to send it back. We will only process any refund once we received the returned goods. The refund amount will be subjected to 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or faulty goods:
Please contact us via Catch's Message to provide details of the damage, even include pictures so that we could assess and assist you with return process.
Once we have assessed and accepted that the damages were not caused by you after delivery, we will provide instructions for you to send it back. We will only process any refund once we received the returned goods. We will be able to replace the item, provide full refund or provide you with credits to your account.
