If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your device please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your device back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an exchange.


Please Note:
- IMEI will be validated against the IMEI shipped. Returns will not be accepted on mismatched IMEI’s
- We will not accept a returned device that is iCloud or Google locked.
- Please ensure your device is factory reset and powered off prior to shipment


Warranty:


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This excludes faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used.


Prior to returning a device for warranty, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation Number along with instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate a repair, refund or replacement


Please note that all return requests must be accompanied by photo and video evidence. We will not be able to process your return request without supporting documents. Your collaboration is greatly appreciated.


Please note that any Dead on Arrival/Damaged in Transit issues must be notified to us within 48 hours after delivery.


Please note, Warranty is void and will not cover below:
- Physically damaged
- Software that has been tampered with
- Water damage
- Unauthorised repairs (3rd party repairs)


Change of Mind:


We accept change of mind within 14 days from delivery as long as the item is returned in the original condition as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags intact including any package seals being unbroken and not damaged in any way.
