Shipping:
1) When you checkout your item please make sure that your account has the correct delivery address and mobile number. We are unable to make any changes or recall the order after your order has been packed;
2) Order process times are generally 2 business days or less. Delivery timeframes are only estimations, not guaranteed by the shipping companies. We do not offer free returns for late deliveries.
3) Signature is required for all deliveries and we are unable to give additional delivery instructions (such as safe-drop) to Australia Post. By arranging Safe Drop delivery with the shipping company directly (e.g., Australia Post), you agree that we (Ezipets) are no longer liable for the lost or damaged packages;
4) We recommend you to take photos of the packaging and check the full contents immediately when you receive the parcel;
5) If something is missing, please contact us with photos of the packaging, full contents, shipping label and barcodes so we can investigate for you.


30 Day Change-of-Mind Return Policy



If you have changed your mind about the purchase from us, we can refund (minus the postage) subject to the following conditions:


1) Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a working Australia Post tracking number;

2) The packaging is un-opened and the packaging seal is intact;

3) For bedding or pet mattress products, the items must be in it’s original vacuum or compressed packaging;

4) The packaging is not damaged and in saleable condition;

5) Delivery fee is not included in the refund, and the item must be returned at your own cost;

6) An RA number is required. Please do not send the item back to us before your RA number is confirmed from our customer service;

7) Personalised products cannot be returned;

8) If you return an unwanted gift, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser;

9) A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit & rejected (including return-to-sender) deliveries.
