We commenced business in 1996. They were very humble beginnings indeed and even though we have a long way to go As an importer & wholesaler we have carved a place as a reliable value for money supplier.

We specialize in leather goods predominantly from India being of Indian origin we have a better understanding of the unique circumstances which prevail in manufacturing in India. Over the years have built up a close relationship with some of the workers and admired their skills that have been carried down from generations. They are very skilled workers and are able to produce excellent product with limited resources. They operate in a market based economy that is controlled by simple economics not some large bureaucratic government .


Defective Products and Goods Received in Error
You must inspect the products as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery. Within five (5) days of delivery, you must notify us in writing of any defect in the products or of any other complaint that you may have in relation to the products. If you fail to give notice in accordance with this clause, the Products shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination and you shall be deemed to have accepted the products accordingly.
In the event that goods need to be returned please use a reliable method of postage, as Florentino Leather is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in original condition as received. Worn products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Florentino Leather will bear the postage costs when a customer needs to return an item for a refund or exchange due to a product being damaged/faulty or is received in error.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
1. Florentino Leather will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Florentino Leather, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via help Centre to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Florentino Leather within 30 days.

Size Exchanges
For exchange of size, requests need to be made by sending us a Catch message.
All shipping charges for returns/exchanges need to be covered by you except where it is deemed as “Goods received in error”.
Please note that “Sale” items purchased on this website are non-refundable but may be exchanged for the same style in a different size only.
A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our return policy.
