- We deliver orders within Australia. Shipment of orders will take approximately 3 - 5 working days.
- In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer.
- Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Out of Stock Items
- If an item in your order is out of stock. We may contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping.
- If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
- Any faulty or damaged stock received will be replaced at no charge if GoVita Roselands is notified within 14 days of receipt.
- If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of GoVita Roselands, it will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the incorrect item(s) will be given upon its return to us.
- Products ordered incorrectly by the customer can be refunded or exchanged upon its arrival and inspection by GoVita Roselands staff to confirm the product was returned within 14 days of delivery and has not been opened or tampered with.

1. Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the invoice)
2. Your name and address
3. A description of the item you are returning
4. Reason for return
