Returns and Refunds Policy.
We offer a refunds on all our products for 14 days on receipt of an order. Postage will be paid by customer unless product is faulty.
Please note our bar soaps are excluded from our change of mind policy on the grounds of hygiene.
Our liquid soaps are eligible for 14 day change of mind return where the seal is unbroken and the product is in resalable condition.
You are entitled to receive a full refund of any one of our products if:
• the product is faulty;
• the product is not fit for purpose;
• the product is not as it is described.
