Hair & Beauty Supplies will allow a refund or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition; and
- Not damaged in any way.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us or Catch, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion or at the discretion of Catch) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been open, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds.

Can I cancel, update or edit my order?
In line with Catch's Terms and Conditions once an order is placed, we can not cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake and have notified us within 20 mins of placing your order, we may be able to intercept during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to provide refunds or credit unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping fees may apply.
