Change of Mind (COM)

A fee of up to 18% will apply for all ‘change of mind orders'. This fee covers our associated shipping costs, administration and restocking. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law, companies are not required or obligated to accept returns that are simply a ‘change of mind’. This includes items where you have purchased an item and found it did not fit/suit your requirements. As you will appreciate you are purchasing a security device and we cannot offer any exchange or refund where our products are either opened or used.

Our goal is to always provide a great shopping experience and we understand circumstances can change however we will only accept products for a change of mind return that are FACTORY SEALED. Any product that has been opened (including removing shrinkwrap ) can not be returned under any circumstance as a Change of Mind.

Refunds less our fees above will only be processed once we have confirmed your purchase is fit for resale.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

Defective on Arrival (DOA)

Our Crypto Wallets have a very low rate of failure. We will provide a replacement device as soon as we have deemed your original device faulty and where your device is within the warranty period.

Should you choose not to receive a replacement device, your return will be processed per our Change of Mind (COM) Policy.

If your device is found 'NOT' to be faulty you will be required to pay for shipping in both directions before your device can be returned.



Returns Process

1. Contact us via your Catch account

If it's a technical issue we may request you open a "Technical Support” request so that our Australian based team can help you troubleshoot your problem. We are available Monday - Friday excluding public holidays. We may also direct you to the manufacture support website where we are unable to resolve your issue.

- Never Return your device unless our team have instructed you to do so.
- Never send or share your recovery seed pin or passphrase with our team.
- We are not responsible for any suspected loss of digital assets referred to as cryptocurrencies.



We will provide a prepaid and insured return shipping label for you to return your device, packaging and all accessories using the supplied return label.

2.Returning your device

You will need to print sign and attach our supplied return label to your return. If you do not have access to a printer you can show AusPost your return label on your smart phone. Take your return to your local Australia Post Office and hand it to a staff member. Request a proof of lodgement receipt and keep this for your records should we require it. Return shipping takes approx. 5-8 business days within Australia

Once we receive your device back at our office we will diagnose it and or confirm it is fit for resale before processing any part refunds.
