All our products pass through our international warehouse located in Hong Kong for inspections, packaging, and freight forwarding. We regular batch test our supply, offer an Australian Warranty, offer an Australian Customer Service Team, and abide by Australian laws and Standards. Last month we had a large batch of products damaged in transit. Every single customer was refunded or sent a replacement. We have also changed freight company. We always make things right with our clients.
Change of mind returns
*You will need to submit an image of the shipping label and proof of the issue
1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale
2. You must have returned the product within 14 days of taking delivery of your product.
3. The product can not have been used as this makes the product a second-hand item.
4. The product must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
5. The original sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
6. We are unable to accept returns of adult products for hygiene reasons.
The buyer pays for the postage if the return is due to a change of mind.
We also offer a Store credit on all change of mind refunds
Reshipping an item
If a product is deemed undeliverable due to you providing an incorrect address, not picking the item up from the post office or not being at your residence to collect the package a reshipping fee will be charged to have the package redelivered. If the reshipping fee is not paid the item is destroyed by the carrier and no refund can be given.
