The warranty claim only applies to defects that have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship in the Products and does not apply to other defects which have arisen as a result of the following: accidental damage, abuse, misuse, maltreatment, abnormal stress or strain, harsh or adverse conditions, including excessive water pressure, temperature or neglect of any kind. Alterations and repairs of the Products will void the warranty.


The warranty period commences from the date of purchased. A free 6 months warranty for fittings (replacement warranty on the installation parts. such as cartridges screws nuts etc); 5 years replacement warranty for cartridge. 6 months guarantee on finish (Includes mixers, tap ware and showers. Accessories are subject to 1 year replacement parts only.)


Change of mind returns will not be accepted if the item more than 14 days of receiving order and if the item is not in its original unopened state and packaging.


Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Us by Catch messaging with your Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
2. Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved.
