Homes N Living has been operating in Victoria, Australia since 2015. We as small business owners with close-knit team members have been sourcing and buying a unique home and living items and selling directly to customers.

Building up gradually and striving to bring the products with the best value for our customers we are proud of where we are today and that is to a major extent due to hard work and our commitment to provide excellent customer support. Goods purchased from Homes N Living will only be sent to the purchasers' postal address once name and address details have been verified.

When your parcel is despatched from Homes N Living by Australia Post, a tracking number will be updated so that you are able to follow the delivery of your parcel from our warehouse to your front door. Your parcel will be left at your door unless you specify otherwise during the checkout process. If you are not home at the time of delivery your goods will be available at the nearest post office and you can get them by quoting the tracking number.

We know you'll love your new purchase, however, if for any reason you're not completely happy you can return your product to us. We'll then give you the option of an exchange, a full refund or provide you with a credit that you can use either online or in-store. To refund a “Change of Mind” purchase made online, simply return your goods within 7 days of receiving your online order. For an exchange or online store credit, return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order. In both circumstances, goods are to be returned to us in their original condition. We prefer that you don't try and re-pack the product but request that you include all original packaging, including any cardboard inserts. It's that easy.

Please note: There is no exchange or refund on items on clearance or sale unless of course, the product is faulty.

If you wish to return your Homes N Living product, please contact us via your Catch account, so you can be issued with an authorization number. Once you receive this number, please quote it with the purchased item before you send it back to us. Please note that return postage will need to be paid by you.
