Returns & Replacements


We hope you are satisfied with every Howard Product's purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality.


Before returning any items please contact us via your Catch Account to discuss your reason for requiring a return and organise an approval to return an item to Howard Products (Aust).


Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.


Faulty Items


If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.


  • We require notification within 3 business days of the recorded delivery date.

  • We will pay for postage.


Change of mind


  • We require notification within 3 business days of the recorded delivery date.

  • Howard Products (Aust) will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or made a mistake in your ordering.

Wrong Order Received


  • We require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.

Store Credit


  • Howard Products (Aust) is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged to us or never arrive.

  • To qualify for a credit an item must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold.

  • Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no store credit and the product will be returned to the customer.
