We deliver reliable accessories with affordable prices. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction by providing high quality products and delivery on time.
We are associated with more than 35 highly graded manufacturing units in which we strive to provide excellence to the consumers. In addition, we have a dedicated quality assurance department who assure the quality on every step from production to delivery, in order to provide high quality service to our clients with reasonable prices.
Javson provides premium quality products. Our quality sales department check the delivery twice to maintain the quality service before dispatch the order.
In case of exchange and return of products you need to send us a message using your Catch account.
Terms and conditions for exchange and return:
- Customers need to inform within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition the product was received.
- It must include all the packing and tags and any other material in the shipment on the items.
- In order to return or refund, customer must have the tax invoice of the product created by Javson.
- stock clearance, promotional and end of line products are not eligible to exchange, return or refund.
Change of mind: In the case of customer change their mind, we are happy to exchange the products. Customer will be liable to pay for all the shipment and handling charges.
Incorrect and Defective products: In case of receiving incorrect or defective products, we are to offer customers a Full Refund or Exchange including shipment charges.
