Our Returns Policy
If any product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged (through no fault of your own), we will happily exchange or refund.
What we ask of you:
- When returning your purchase please ensure all parts are included within the package.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging.
- Please package the product well to prevent any damage during return freight.
Shipping is not refundable for change of mind or mistaken purchase. Customer must pay for return shipping.
Where possible, refunds will be processed to the original payment source. Eg. Credit card, PayPal, bank account.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
