Extended returns period for Christmas purchases We’re making the gift of giving a little easier this Christmas. If you change your mind about any purchases made online or in-store between November 23rd and December 24th, 2019, we are happy to offer a return, right up until February 28th, 2021. This is in addition to our usual 60 day return policy. Change of Mind for Purchases Made from Kathmandu’s Catch AU Store If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items but excludes goods sold as “seconds”. For Change of Mind returns, goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. You need to return the product to us by post, along with the original packing slip (with the relevant section completed). We’ll provide any refund for a product purchased from Kathmandu’s Catch store in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We’ll notify you by email once we have processed your refund. This change of mind returns & refunds policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under consumer laws. The terms and conditions of this policy apply to change of mind returns only, not returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If there is a problem with your item, including faulty items, damaged items or if we accidently sent you the wrong item, we’ll sort you out, please contact us via Catch messaging system to initiate a Return request. For your security and protection, please DO NOT include your credit card details on this form or in any correspondence. Returns can be sent from your nearest Post Office. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit. For all returns that relate to a “Change of Mind” postage must be paid by the returnee and will not be refunded. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track your return. Will you refund my delivery charge if I change my mind? We’ll refund you what you paid for your product(s) but not the original delivery charges, unless the order was faulty or incorrect.
