Kinet is a young Australian company, mainly providing mobile phone, Tablet, Computer, and Laptop related accessories, smartwatch, IP camera, network, and WiFi-related products. Our products may not be the most fashionable, but they must be durable.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 30-day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Catch Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

~The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
~We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Exchange and Refund :
Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage (if you have paid any), this applies to sale items as well. Once you receive the damaged or faulty item, please take a photo or video and send it to us as soon as possible. Please kindly contact us within 14 days from the date you receive the item.
