All of our branded products are 100% genuine and are sourced only from authorized Australian retailers. This means you get all the packaging with the brands you buy from us. The diamond jewellery is sourced from ethical manufacturers that use conflict free diamonds.

We ship from our warehouse within 2 business days, as we only promote what we have in stock here in Australia. Please note if you spend $100 or more shipping is free!

Warranty and Guarantee for our products:

Watches:

All of our branded watches come with their own warranties, and these warranty periods vary. Please refer to the websites for each brand for specifics. Please note warranty does not cover battery or external damage e.g broken links. It is mechanical issues only.

Jewellery:

Our jewellery has a 1 year warranty which covers manufacturing faults, such as faulty metal or craftsmanship. Please note- This does not include wear and tear.

We offer a 14 day change of mind policy. We understand that sometimes when you buy things online it may not be what you expected.

Please note- the item must be still in its original condition, and for health reasons we cannot refund earrings.

This of course is does not apply to manufacturing defects. We will refund you for the product cost (excluding freight) when you return the item, as long as it is unused and has all the original packaging.
