Many of our products contain natural ingredients found in abundance throughout Australia that have unrivalled healing and rejuvenating properties. From which these potent herbal extracts, combined with the latest cutting-edge technology that enables our products to reach a unique and unrivalled edge.

At Lanopearl, a holistic approach to health and beauty is our guiding force. As such, our extensive range covers every aspect of health and wellbeing from massage oils through to aromatherapy. We follow the ‘Triangle of Life’ philosophy whereby we believe wellbeing is a combination of happiness, love and health.

Return & Refund Policy

Authorised returns will result in a replacement product or a credit note. We offer a return policy on products that are classified as one of the following:

- Transit Damages.
- Incorrect products sent.
- Unopened Product.
- Faulty Product.

The product is unsafe or significantly different to those shown or described to you.

You could be asked to provide photos of the item/s and /or delivery package/s.

If these requirements are not met, Lanopearlshop reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

In order to claim your returns, all returns must include:

- Product name to be returned.
- Invoice number and Purchasing date.
- Reason/s for return.
- Your name and contact details.
- You return the item within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please ensure that returning items are packed safely to avoid any damages in transit. We also recommend sending via service that can be traced, for example, registered mail or insured post.

For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange the item/s to be delivered back to our team for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.
