Please choose carefully and check the measurements required for items to avoid unnecessary returns. (Measurements are supplied under each items product description. The width is always given as the widest part i.e. longest measurement, not necessarily side to side as perspectives change.) We are happy to explain or check further measurements if you contact us. A refund will be issued for items returned within 30 days of delivery. First contact us here on Catch to advise your intention (including an Order Number or Invoice Number) along with an explanation of the item you plan to return. Once authorised, goods must be returned: Unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition; With proof of purchase included - marking item being returned; Within protective outer packaging as you received them; Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged on return transit in any circumstances, thereby risking your refund. We inspect items carefully and only issue a refund when returned under these conditions. Shipping costs incurred and a 3 per cent administration and re-stocking fee are non-refundable. Claims for faults on arrival must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, along with: Order Number, supporting images of products, packaging and when/how the problem occurred or became apparent. You can ask us to find a solution for product faults. This may require anything from advice, parts, exchange, replacement, credit or refund. We are pleased to follow up extended warranty claims on our customers behalf. We aim to avoid the uncertainty and cost impost of requiring customers to return items for inspection, however when providing replacements we ask that customers pay the postage cost to retrieve their replacement. Shipping costs incurred and a 3 per cent administration and re-stocking fee are non-refundable, should Lifespace Online use its discretion to authorise a refund. Lifespace Online's policy in no way excludes customer rights detailed within the Australian Consumer Law.
