We select our products carefully following extensive research and planning. We are continuously searching for new products and aids, that can be used at home. We pay particular attention to the needs of the elderly and provide them with technologically advanced devices to help them with their daily activities. Our products are simple and harmless devices designed to reduce acute and chronic pain associated with arthritis, back pain, and muscle pain.
All products must meet certain selection criteria before we can add it to our list. This includes safety, reliability, accuracy, and price. In addition, all our products (requiring approval) have an ATGA number, which is provided by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration.
Regardless of whether you are buying a single item for your home, or large quantities for a business, you can shop online 24 hours/7 days a week. On top of this, our after hour team is ready 7 days a week to give you the best possible service and answer all your questions immediately.
Our future aim is to have a number of distribution outlets in Australia to reduce delivery costs and be able to offer our customers cheaper prices.
Returns allowed if the item is back with us within 30 days of purchase. Returns over 30 days will not be accepted, no exceptions. The item must be in its original packaged condition with all accessories and parts. The customer, however, must pay for the return shipping cost and the initial express postage cost ($13). For your safety and health regulations, all used electrodes cannot be returned to avoid possible skin infections. Only the cost price of these items will be deducted. If the item is damaged in any way by the customer, then the customer must pay for both repair and postage.
No re-stocking fees will be charged. Simply, send us a message using your Catch account telling us that you wish to return your item and the refund will be issued as soon as the item is received.
If the Item received is faulty or damaged during postage, we will replace it with another new item. All postage costs will be our responsibility.
