CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We do accept Change of Mind returns 14 days after receiving the order while considering the product purchased is in its Original Condition as it is at the time of purchase and the return postage charges are to be borne by the customer.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as carrier errors or delays). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
DELIVERY/NON-PICKUP RETURNS
If delivery of your order fails for any reason, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us via Catch message to book another delivery attempt.
If the order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money, this includes, but is not limited to, providing an incomplete or incorrect address, not having access to your delivery address, or when the “conditions contained in this policy are not met.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned, and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
We will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment we makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered”.
