We would like to draw your attention to the importance of immediate damage reporting and our return policy:
Reporting Damages:
When the delivery is made, please follow these guidelines:
- If you notice any damages to the box or packaging when the delivery personnel hand over the goods, always inspect the product before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
- If you discover any damages after receiving the item, report them to us within 48 hours from the time indicated on the POD. This allows us to address your concerns promptly and effectively.
- Please note that we cannot accept damage reports made after 48 hours from the time on the POD.
Change of Mind Returns:
We accept change-of-mind returns for items in re-sellable condition. Please keep in mind:
- Change of Mind returns are accepted within 14 days after you receive the item.
- Do not return or post items without obtaining instructions from us.
- Comply with the return instructions sent to your registered email address.
- All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team.
- For change of mind returns, applicable freight fees and a 15% re-stocking fee (covering the cost of labor) will be deducted from your refund.
- This policy also applies to orders canceled after dispatch from our warehouse.
Warranty Claims:
If you wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased, please contact our customer service team.
Prior to Installation:
Before proceeding with installation, please observe the following:
- Ensure all installations are done by professionals or licensed individuals.
- Inspect your goods carefully before installation.
- Do not proceed with installation if the goods are incorrect, faulty, or damaged.
- Contact us immediately in such cases, as no claims for damages or defects can be accepted after installation.
