If you wish to return something you must contact us within 48hrs of receiving your purchase. Please note, it is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily so that they arrive back with all seals intact. Any Product that arrives back damaged, is leaking, product has been opened or used, will not be accepted and simply returned back to you. If you have received damaged product or DOA, please email our Customer Service Team through your Catch Account. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your order. Will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Please retain your proof of purchase.Return must be made within 30 days of delivery except when faulty or covered by warranty period.
