Even if there is nothing wrong with the device you purchased, we offer a 30 day money back promise meaning that if you have changed your mind we will be happy to provide a full refund upon the item's return within 30 days of your receiving delivery. Exchanges or replacements are not available.
If you want to return a device, please contact us through the Catch message center before shipping the return. Once the item has been received and verified, a refund of the purchase price and any taxes paid will be issued. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the device to us.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please note that these rights do not apply where the defect in the device has been caused by Buyer neglect or abuse.
If the device you purchased is found to be defective or if you believe that it does not conform to the contract of sale, please contact us through Catch message center before shipping the device back to us indicating whether you are requesting a refund, a replacement or compensation. On receipt of the device we will assess whether the defect is a major failure or not and contact you to confirm if we propose to refund, repair, replace or offer you compensation in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where the device is defective or does not conform with the contract of sale, we will refund you the postage costs which you have paid to return the device. Please ensure that the device is appropriately packaged when you return it to us and we also recommend that you obtain a proof of postage document. We will not refund you or offer a repair, replacement or compensation if the device is damaged or lost in transit or if the defect has been caused by your neglect or abuse. It is your responsibility to ensure that the device reaches us in the same condition as you received it in.
We are not responsible for compatibility issues. It is your responsibility to verify that the device is compatible with your individual network provider plan before purchasing.
