Wrong Item

If you have received an item that you did not order or somebody else's order entirely, please attach a clear photo of the incorrect products you have received.

This information will allow us to work out what has happened and fix the problem for you faster.

Damaged or faulty

If your item is deemed damaged or faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund. Once your item has been received at our warehouse, it will be checked and tested. If your item works or it is undamaged it may be sent back to you so you can enjoy your purchase with no refund provided.

If you have changed your mind on a purchase, we have a separate (Change of Mind) returns policy
