Refunds and Returns Policy
A 14 days return policy is offered to all orders.
To return your items send an email to Catch help centre with your name and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Conditions:
Item must be received by us within 14 days of contacting us.
Item must be in new condition and not used.
Refunds will be processed once your item has arrived.
Return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility.
If your item is damaged in transit or is not working, you must contact Catch help centre within 5 working days so we can immediately replace your item.
