We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you ordered an item incorrectly or changed your mind, we will accept the unopened, unused product and credit your online account less the original shipping cost that was incurred by us to deliver the product to you.
We simply ask that you return the item, unopened, un-damaged, in its original packaging & that you pay the freight to return the product to our head office
Damage Claims or Shortages, Incorrectly Supplied Item
Any claims for damage and/or shortages need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
