Ozismart Australia is an Australian-owned and operated small family business. Registered Australian Business (ABN 21 645 763 051), we source and buy Home and kitchen goods and electronics from factories around the world and sell them to our customers directly. Ozismart Australia has been operating since 2017.

Our prime goal is to provide our customers with outstanding product quality, bargain prices, and awesome customer service. We have a wider range of products like Soap dispensers, Sanitiser dispensers, rechargeable lint removers, solar lights, medical thermometers, Water purification products, and Bento Lunchboxes.

Our stock is at Sydney based warehouse. All our prices include GST and we offer 12 months warranty.

We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed a full refund will be processed once item is returned.
Please contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item we will cover the return postage where necessary.If it is not received in brand new condition, a refund will apply minus a 20% restocking fee.

ADDRESS CHANGES:
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to an RTS (return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the weight of the item). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.

RETURN PROCESS
If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.
Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair. Where applicable we provide a remedy in relation to your goods.
If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 30 days of receipt by us of the original product,

Change of Mind Returns
We may provide you with a product exchange or refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for the payment of return postage on your order. Change of mind returns is not accepted for Personal Hygiene products water filter cartridges, intimates, which includes a medical thermometers, bedsheets due to hygienic reasons.
provided that the item in question is: returned within 14 days of order; not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way. Remedies for defective goods are still available. Please kindly note that Ozismart Australia does not offer exchanges for change of mind. Return due to change of mind will incur restocking fees.

In Case of Defective Goods
All goods sold by Ozismart Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where applicable you may make a claim in relation to goods that are faulty in accordance with our 12-month warranty. For warranty claims, it's the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping.
