At PCMarket (established in 2001) we believe that technology should exist to simplify our lives rather than complicate it. We enjoy helping our customers find the best technology for their unique needs, but we believe it can be better. We are all so different, through customization it’s about the best possible result for every customer. If customizing, tweaking or just out right hacking things to make it better sounds like it is for you, we would very much like for you to join us.

We're happy to help customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased. If you purchase an item that is not of acceptable quality or doesn't match the description, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. After you return it with proof of purchase, we'll repair or exchange it.

Prior to returning an item, you must contact us via Catch Message. We will keep in contact and help you stay updated on the return process. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and ensure it is properly packaged to reach us safely. For products purchased online, you can either return the products to our store, or send it back with your proof of purchase via Australia Post after you have received a Returns Authorisation number.

Customers have a 14-day period where all products are accepted for exchange and returns.
