Now named Pertemba, we have evolved into an Internationally renowned seller of high quality products, ranging from clothing, shoes and bags to homeware, giftware, outdoor and pet products across over a thousand top brands.

We know that you don't want to be sending your items all the way back to the UK so we have a returns hub in Australia to make life easier for you, and we'll sort out the rest of the journey!.
Returning an item to us is really easy; just make sure your items are in their original condition. We recommend using a tracked service to preserve your rights through the return service. Please retain any proof of postage, tracking numbers or receipts, just in case!.
Please follow returns process in your Catch account to register your return and we will provide a label to get the item back to us. You will need your order number, which is detailed on your invoice, and the postcode that the order was shipped to. Goods can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in the same condition they were delivered.
We aim to have all refunds/exchanges processed within 14 working days but you will be kept updated throughout the process. Once we receive the item, we will issue you with a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your instructions.
*Please note if we are unable to provide a replacement a refund will be automatically provided for that item to avoid any further inconvenience to you.*
