Pleasure Hunt employs a 14 day COM (change of mind) policy when customers change their mind, so long as they pay for return costs, the item is in brand new resell-able condition. However, this excludes products such as Adult toys/sexual health products and underwear.
Where a product is faulty or arrives damaged we will arrange a repair or remedy at our cost provided the buyer advises us as soon as the issue is discovered.
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept opened or used products except in the instance these are faulty, defective or damaged on arrival.
