Retro Styler Ltd was formed in October 2009. We came up with the idea for a 'Retro Superstore' whilst we were shopping for our own retro Knick Knacks (As we too LOVE anything retro!).


There seemed to be a few retro stores on the net, some selling retro sweets, others that sell only retro clothes or gadgets etc, but we were yet to come across an 'All Retro Store' - a one-stop-shop where members of the retro community could go to buy a large range of retro products. It was then that we had our Eureka moment and thought "Aha, this is just what us Retro Fans need!!" … and so Retro Styler was born.


(1) INTRODUCTION

We understand that from time to time you may need to return a product to us. Returning a product is nice and simple and we have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. If you have any questions, need help or advice when returning something please don’t hesitate to contact us via Catch.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

(2) RETURNS

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

  1. We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product.
  2. The returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
  3. You comply with the returns procedure set out below.
  4. None of the exclusions set out below apply.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy, unless of course your product has been damaged or is faulty (See section 6 below).

(3) RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you would like to return a product for whatever reason, please first contact us via Catch.

Please let us know the following:

  1. a) The reason for the return
  2. b) The current condition of the item(s)
  3. c) If an item is damaged, it would be helpful to provide photographs of the damaged item
  4. d) Whether you would like a refund or replacement

(4) EXCLUSIONS

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

  1. Food, drink and any other product liable to deteriorate within the period set out above.
  2. DVDs, CDs other audio or video or audio-visual recordings.
  3. Computer software (whether on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or otherwise).
  4. Newspapers, periodicals, magazines or similar products.
  5. Toiletries and cosmetics.
  6. Any product made to your specification.
  7. Any product made to order.
  8. Gift vouchers.
  9. Earrings.

(5) REFUNDS

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

(6) FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the product that you have received is faulty or damaged in any way please accept our sincere apologies for your inconvenience. Under these circumstances please first contact us via Catch.

Please let us know the following:

  1. a) The reason for the return
  2. b) The current condition of the item(s)
  3. c) If an item is damaged, it would be helpful to provide photographs of the damaged item
  4. d) Whether you would like a refund or replacement

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide a FREEPOST address If you are located outside the United Kingdom, however your return postage costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of the returned package.

(7) IMPROPER RETURNS

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
