Accidents happen, we at Royalclub Australia will replace any items which are faulty. Simply send us an email via Catch messaging with a picture of the defective item within 7 days of order delivery.

Received a broken or chipped product? We will replace any items which arrive damaged. Simply email a picture of the broken item via Catch messaging within 7 days of order delivery.

Change of Mind
Changed your mind? That's okay notify us within 14 days, and we'll refund your order.

Please email us via Catch messaging to confirm your return and receive instructions on how to return your item.

Any delivery costs associated with the original order will not be refunded (unless the product is broken/faulty). Any delivery costs relating to the return will not be covered.
