In order to provide a reliable and on time delivery service to our buyers, we will use Australian Express Delivery Company to ship our products. Every item you purchased will come with a tracking number; the number can let you keep your eye on the delivery status in order to reduce the risk of item loss.?


All items are usually dispatched next business day after payment is cleared. Once your order is dispatched or picked up, we will update order status and tracking information if applicable. Please follow delivery progress of your order as soon as tracking information is available. Items may be delivered either to a local post office (where applicable by Australia Post) or the address provided for the order. Please note street addresses may be required for large items including but not limited to furniture, fitness equipment, etc. Some items may be undeliverable to a Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect, ParcelPoint, PO Box, Locker Bag or Mail delivery centre due to its size. If you are unable to provide a street address upon request, we will cancel the order. Couriers generally deliver to the ground floor only and assistance must be provided for the driver in relation to a standard one-person delivery job. If you require special delivery services (for example a two-person delivery job), this must be arranged in advance prior to making the order and cover any additional costs to upgrade the delivery service. Any fees incurred as a result of a failed delivery, including intial postage and RTS fees, will be deducted from the order amount if the order is cancelled. Our orders are dispatched by third party couriers. Shipping to remote areas outside of CBD or metro areas can have an additional 1 week transit time. Please contact us within 5 days after you receive your order if there is any damage. Any claim made after 5 business days may not be accepted for courier review due to the lapse of time. If you are not at home to receive delivery, there may be additional courier fees incurred for redelivery or failed deliveries (upon item being RTS or returned to sender). We do not cover any fees incurred from failed deliveries and if this leads to an order cancellation we will deduct these fees from the order amount to be refunded. If you wish to return the item you received, please contact us immediately to arrange return and provide photos of the item's condition. Item must be in its original package and condition as received. Please note freight charges (including initial postage, any return postage or fees incurred from a failed delivery) are not refundable and may be deducted from the order amount. Change of mind returns - please note return must be made within 30 days of purchase with the item in its original package and resellable condition as received. We do not cover initial postage incurred from the delivery of this order or any return postage - these fees will be deducted from the order amount where applicable. Exchanges - please note return must be made within 30 days of purchase with the item in its original package and resellable condition as received. We do not cover initial postage incurred from the delivery of this order,any return postage or further postage to send out another item. Any shortfall resulting from the product difference will need to be covered prior to dispatch. Excluded items from return: We do not offer returns on mattresses or items that are not in its restockable condition and packaging as received.
