A fault with your product We work with the factories that are as committed to high quality as we are. Every shipment we receive undergoes extensive quality inspections by an independent third-party inspection company before it leaves the factory. However, very rarely and despite our best efforts, sometimes a product that is less than 100% perfect slips through. If this is the case with your purchase, we apologise and ask that you contact us at immediately so that we can make it right for you, if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You changed your mind That has happened to all of us. If your product is unused (undamaged) and still in its original packaging so that it can be resold, we will work with you to arrange a return/refund, as long as you contact us within 14 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for ensuring that the item being returned is safely and securely boxed/packaged for its return trip to us and for all costs involved in transporting the product back to us.
