Return policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer a 30 day "no questionable" guarantee. Any issue with the item, the buyer must contact us within 14 days since they received the item.

Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receive it.  The buyer is responsible for return postage costs if they change mind.The original shipping cost is not refundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted if the item is a free shipping item

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, or don't match the seller's description. The buyer must follow the return process to return the item back. In most cases, the buyer must return the item with the label we provided. They must bring the item to the post office and send it back. Only heavy items will be arranged to pick up for return. This must be approved by our customer service team. All approved returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. offers a 12-month warranty on all our household products starting from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). When products are used for commercial purposes, they qualify for a 3-months warranty. You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed, you are unable to cancel or change it. If you have any problems with your order, then you must go through the normal returns process outlined in this Agreement. If you change your mind, you can return your goods provided you meet the requirements set out in our Change of Mind Returns policy in clause 17.
