We employ around 17 staff operating within our customer services department and warehouse team who fulfilsover 1m orders a month within the Australia, New Zealand, UK, France, Germany, Italy and USA.
We put our success down to responding to what our customers want and offer an extensive range of the latest accessories for the latest phone models, teamed with a world class customer care team who will look after you through every stage of the transaction.


Thank you for purchasing from smartcases pty ltd. if for any reason you would like to return your product and change of mind, we accept within 14 days after receiving the order.


There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from our online store:


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all of the original accessories that was sent in the order.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we made an error with your order or the product was faulty.


Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be available into your account.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
