Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! As much as we wish all our customers to be satisfied, there could be cases that you believe the product is faulty, misdescribed or different from sample photo showed. In that case, we are here to help. We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.
Please read this policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights as well as what you could expect from us if you are not happy with your purchase.
Change of Mind Return
In the event that you received products you purchased, as stated, but you simply changed your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
1. You notify us within 30 days of Purchase.
2. The merchandise is in saleable condition, that it is unused with all original sealed packaging and where the product seal is not broken or tampered. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
3. We reserve the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy
Products Damaged During Delivery
In the event that a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery:
1. Please contact us as soon as possible the product is received;.
2. Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was when you received it, with original packaging and all accessories.
3. We will organise repair, replacement or refund of the damaged product, provided that you contact us within the following time from the date you received the product: 30 days. On the condition that the claim is within 30 days from the purchase.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to provide a repair, replacement or refund for a product you purchased if:
1. You misused the said product in a way which caused the problem.
2. You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product before you purchased it.
3. You asked for a service to be done in a certain manner, or you asked for alterations to a product, against our advice, or you were unclear about what you wanted.
4. You refuse to provide relevant information for us to understand and identify the issue.
5. Any other exceptions apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping Costs for Returns
1. In the event that a product your purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will bear any costs of shipping the returned product, as well as any costs of shipping any replacement product to you.
2. If the Returned Product turns out not to be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law), then you will be required to pay the costs of postage, shipping, transportation or collection of the Returned Product.
3. If you want to return the product after 30 days from your purchase, you will be required to pay the costs of postage, shipping, transportation or collection of the Returned Product.
How to Return Products

2. We will refund returned order through same form of the original purchase, which means the same account or credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
