We are based in South West Sydney and have been around since 1999 with a core focus on providing a wide range of unique, interesting, essential and left-of-field goods!
We accept returns on items that are new and unopened in the original packaging. We do not refund for opened, assembled or used items. For change of mind purchases, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving order; as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken); in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. Contact us via Catch message should you wish to process a return or change of mind request and we will advise the proceeding steps.
