RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
Please email via Catch message for any enquiries regarding product delivery of faulty or damaged goods.


Return of faulty or damaged goods for the purpose of gaining a credit/refund is subject to evaluation depending on the condition of the goods. For example, footwear items may not be refunded if they have been worn, or if sewing tags have been removed. In order to credit you for your faulty items, we expect the purchased items to be returned in brand new condition.


This includes the return of the original packaging and labels and tags still being attached to the items. Once the product has been returned and accepted, we will replace or refund monies.


If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may do so provided the goods are in their original condition, in the original packaging and proof of purchase is provided no later than 14 days from the original purchase date.


Returned shipping costs will be charged at the customer’s expense, however we will assist by paying for the shipping costs for the returned shoes back to you. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please note products are subject to availability.


Change of mind returns are accepted, provided the return meets all the ff requirements of section 17 in the Catch Marketplace terms and conditions.

- as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition;

- The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage.
- The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received, and you must notify us of this once they are received and verified to meet the return requirements above. The initial shipping fee charged to the customer to send the goods will not be refunded or credited.


Where a customer returns goods as a change of mind return, and the goods do not meet the criteria set out in this clause, the goods must be sent back to the customer at the customer’s cost. If the customer does not agree to pay for the goods to be sent back, you may negotiate a resolution with the customer.
