CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you decide that you did not want the product that you have purchased you are able to return it as long as it is has not been used or damaged.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If the product is damaged in transit due to shipper neglect, please contact us via your Catch account immediately. When returning item(s), please include a copy of the invoice/proof of purchase with the return authorisation number (RA#) and reason for return.

1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY - ALL PRODUCTS
Unicorn warrants to the original purchaser of any Unicorn product that the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 365 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from

Accident
Misuse
Abuse
Anticipated wear
Lost merchandise or
Damage from the elements
Do not leave products outside, as prolonged exposure to sun and rain will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is NOT covered under warranty. To start your warranty process with a Customer Service Representative, please contact us via your Catch account with the following information:

  • Name of product
  • Name of damaged part needed
  • Picture of damage(s)
  • Name and shipping address
  • Please allow 48 hours for a Customer Service representative to contact you. We will contact you during our regular business hours.
