Delivery Policy
Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch all our orders within the next business day. An exception to this is pre-built PC systems, which may take up to an extra week for assembly.

Delivery address

Please take extra care to enter the correct delivery address. If the address is wrong or missing details, it may result in an incorrect delivery. This will delay your order and you will be charged for the extra cost of sending your item to the correct address.

Tracking number

We will provide you a tracking number (where applicable) by the end of the day on which your item was dispatched.

Re-delivery fee

If you are not home when the courier delivers your item, they will provide you a card that provides you the option of pick-up from a depot or redelivery. If you choose redelivery and are not home when the courier arrives again, any further re deliveries will incur a re-delivery fee.



If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will provide a full refund, provided that the cancellation request is accepted by the buyer.

After your order is dispatched, you may contact us for a change-of-mind return up to 30 days after the date of dispatch. The item(s) must be returned to us in a factory sealed and unopened condition, and the refund will include a minimum of 20% restocking fee charges.

Please be advised that return postage is to be paid by buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a change-of-mind return if the item(s) is no longer in a merchantable condition.


If you receive a DOA item(s) upon delivery, we will either replace a new unit for you or refund you the purchase price, provided a DOA claim is made within 7 business days of the product being received.

Where possible, item(s) should be returned to us with the original, undamaged packaging including all accessories and manuals that shipped with the item(s). If any of the above item(s) is not included, we reserve the right to reject your DOA claim. TechOZ may take up to 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the faulty item(s) to resolve your claim.


All products sold by TechOZ are covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This means that should your item become faulty within this period, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund (subject to restocking fees). Please check the manufacturer’s warranty information, or contact our customer services for further details about the warranty period of your specific item.

If you find that your item is faulty or not working as expected, please contact us through the Catch portal. Where possible, we will try to troubleshoot your issue and resolve it without the need for a returns process.

Should a return be deemed appropriate, we will provide a return authorisation (RA). You will then be responsible for sending the item back to us. Please ensure that your RA number is affixed to the returned item. We will take between 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of the faulty unit to process your warranty claim.

In some cases we will recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly, as they will be better positioned to provide a repair or replacement for your item.
