All our parcels require a signature on delivery - no exceptions. You will need to sign for your order when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for your order, Startrack/Australia Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. If delivered by courier, they will try to redeliver at a later time.

For change of mind:

*Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
*Item(s) must be unused with undamaged original packaging.

If our products we sell fail to meet a guarantee, you will have rights against us, and in some cases the manufacturer, who will have to provide a ‘remedy’—to put right a fault, deficiency or failure to meet an obligation. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law dictate we MUST offer you a replacement, refund or repair (where applicable) on products sold to you when you have an issue. The issue could be:

* there is a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it;
* is unsafe;
* is significantly different from the description or image;
* doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for; and
* can’t be easily fixed.

Please note, when assessing a warranty claim, we may take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product considering the following factors:

* type of product;
* how you are likely to use the product;
* the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used;
* the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
