We understand online purchases do not always go to plan so if you need to return an item we are here to help!
If, for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return unwanted goods for a refund, exchange or store credit only if they are returned in their original condition (unopened and in their original packaging) within 14 days. Please note that the refund, exchange or store credit return does not include the cost for return postage. This cost is the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective goods can be returned and will be replaced or refunded at no charge if they are returned in their original condition within 14 days (in the original packaging). Please note that the return costs for incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be refunded to you along with the total cost of your purchase.
Goods cannot be returned unless first authorised to do so by The Galley
Please email us via Catch messaging system to let us know that we may expect a returned parcel from you and your reasons for returning your purchase. When returning the purchase it must be packaged to prevent (any extra) damage and sent via registered post (or any another secure delivery method).
