The Odd Spoke is located in Dural, at the gateway to North Western Sydney.
We are a friendly local bicycle shop with the aim to provide an unrivaled level of customer service. The Odd Spoke offers an easy and reasonable returns policy on all items sold online subject to the conditions below.
WHAT Can Be Returned?
You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. Please contact The Odd Spoke via your Catch Account with your order number and the reason you want to return or exchange. Only once we have issued a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will you be able to process your return.

Items will need to return within 30-days of purchase.
HOW Do I Return Items?
Customers will need to return the items at their own cost uses a reputable courier company (i.e. Australia Post) in cases where they have changed their mind with regard to purchase and wants to exchange or refund. In cases where a return needs to be issued due to an error or mistake on our part, a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be issued together with a post label to affix to the package.
SHIPPING For Returns
Original shipping rates are refundable in cases where the refund/exchange is due to an error on our part (i.e. wrong size/colour) In cases where the customer has changed their mind they must pay for return shipping.
CREDIT For Returns
At the time of issue of RMA, we will confirm if a customer will be credited for the return and the method by which the customer will be refunded (i.e. PayPal, Mastercard/Visa, EFT etc).
All items need to be packaged using best possible care to ensure minimal risk of damage during transport. Items heavier that 1kg need to be packaged in a cardboard outer.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
Please contact us via your Catch account to initiate a return for faulty or damaged items. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation of the fault, a replacement will be sent out to you at no extra cost, or another suitable resolution will be provided.
