Returns:
If a product arrives damaged the customer is able to claim a refund or we will ship out a like-for-like replacement. Please contact us through Catch and we will agree on next steps.
If the customer has a change of mind and no longer wants the product, please contact us and we can arrange a return of the product. The cost of shipping to us will be at the expense of the customer. A refund will be authorised when the product has been returned, and inspected to ensure it is in resalable condition (e.g. the seal is broken).
