Our returns policy means you have 30 days to return your order to us for a refund. We’re no longer offering exchanges so all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our returns team. If you need a different size or colour of an item simply place a new order.

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Please ensure you are careful when trying on clothing and footwear as if any product is returned to us damaged, showing signs of wear or in an unsuitable condition (e.g. stained with makeup, has odour or contains pet hair) then a refund will be refused. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of jewellery or underwear.

To return, simply complete the returns form and enclose it inside the packaging, please do not stick this on the outside of the cellophane. If you have lost your returns form you can write your order number and reason for return on a slip of paper and enclose this instead. Please ensure you include your returns slip or order details inside your parcel so we can complete the refund when received.

Products are to be returned at your own cost, we do not offer a free returns service or refund postage costs. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
