Wen & Wen Pty Ltd (sole distributor for Haruharu in Australia) is wholly owned by two Melbournian sisters who strive on bringing high quality and affordable skincare to Australians.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund. Due to the bargain prices on Catch, Change of Mind is not accepted.
We only accept returns if they are defective, damaged or due to our mistake. Items will be replaced once the original is returned to us and the condition is verified. Cost of return postage will be reimbursed after the claim is verified. Refund will be issued only if replacement is not available. If the claim is rejected, buyer will need to bear the cost of re-delivery to the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Free items received must be returned as well.
If an order is returned to sender due to buyer failure to collect an order that is awaiting collection, or due to incorrect shipping details provided, a reshipping fee of up to $10 for registered post items will apply. The reshipping fee depends on the size and weight of the original order. All storage and handling fees and other fees charged by the courier due to non-collection/awaiting collection is the buyer's responsibility.
